This 220 apartment project is at design phase. It is to be located in Port Coogee, adjoining the freight rail corridor. Reverberate is engaged to assess and control rail vibration intrusion into the site. As part of this assessment a Finite Element model of the building has been developed to forecast vibration levels throughout the building. The challenge in this project is to design isolation systems to comply with stringent State, and Local Government limits. This is the first project in WA to be designed to the most-stringent requirements.
